The mileage or mileage on a used vehicle may vary by a small amount from the number stated on the website/app, as a result of transportation to our reconditioning facilities and loading and delivery of the vehicle to you.

When you pick up your car, you must confirm receipt to the showroom employee or Automobile customer representative. You must sign the receipt to confirm that you received the vehicle and that it meets the specifications in your order.

Automobile provides you with a full refund guarantee within 10 days of receiving your car for any reason. We cannot accept returns of a vehicle if it has been modified, damaged, in an accident, or altered in its original condition when we delivered it to you. There are no fees for returning the car, and the price you paid for the car will be refunded. The aim of this service is to provide you with an easy and affordable way when you buy a used car directly.
